Santa Quiteria win XXXI José Ignacio Domecq Memorial in Sotogrande
Santa Quiteria Polo Team took the title in the first Spring Season Tournament, XXXI José Ignacio Domecq Memorial, defeating Santa María by 11-10. It was an exciting final decided in the last chukker. Just a week ago, Santa María defeated Santa Quiteria in the qualification match, but today, the Santa Quiteria’s team got their own back in the most important moment. The match started with Santa María dominating, once again doing their best in the forward line. Meanwhile, Santa Quiteria took a little time to start playing, and the score board shown a 2-2 at the end of the first chukka. But Santa María started the second one very strong, standing out again until the end of the fourth chukka (7-7).
