La Mairena

La Mairena is a very attractive residential area in the hills above Elviria, about 10 km East of Marbella. It was originally developed in the late Eighties by the highly influential Massoud family who are still dedicated to keeping this beautiful residential and exclusive development immaculately maintained to the highest standards. Along the mountainside East of Marbella up to Ojén there are outstanding villas embedded in the natural environment of the Biosphere Reservation protected by the UNESCO.
