La Gran Reserva in Sotogrande

Any person who seeks quality, security and exclusivity in a resort that is committed to the conservation of the environment will find the perfect place in Sotogrande.

The near future investment project in Sotogrande is called “La Gran Reserva”. The project comprises 74 plots located in the heart of La Reserva boasting the best views of the entire resort. The plots will have a rank of sizes from 3.000 to 12.000 square meters in accordance with each customers needs.

The communal services will include a network of four path types for buggies, cars, people and horses, a heliport and a sports centre on a 17.000 sqm plot. The owners will be members of the La Reserva de Sotogrande Golf Club and will have also the possibility to enjoy a second fantastic golf course that is being built following the design of José Maria Olazábal, whose outstanding golf career include a long list of Spanish and International championship trophies.

Plot owners will be obliged to build there homes according to the Gran Reserva style book with parameters to benefit the whole complex and in particular the environment to prevent a negative impact. Sotogrande has pre-selected a group of prestigious European architecture firms that will guarantee the aesthetical, environmental and building quality of the resort and cover each potential buyer’s expectation.
