Marbella venues unique gastronomic event

On the 2nd to 6th of February, 14 Michelin stars meet in Marbella in a gastronomic event organized by the Andalusian Master Chef Dani Garcia in the Puente Romano Hotel in Marbella . A unique opportunity for residents of the Costa del Sol, to taste the best Spanish cuisine. The goal was to make a tandem between the guest chef and the chef Dani Garcia and to create together an amazing and incomparable menu. One of the participants is Joan Roca, with three Michelin stars and owner of the declared “world’s best restaurant “ in the year 2013, ” Celler de Can Roca ” located in Girona , Catalunya .

Our Public Relations Maria Elena Paganini, interviewed Joan Roca for “Marbella Cool Tv Show” where he talked about his family , the smells and flavors of Catalan food, the effort in technique and discipline that involves achieving an award like the one given to him by the prestigious British magazine “Restaurant” , an award considered the Oscar of gastronomy.

On Monday 2nd of February a cocktail was held in the restaurant Seagrill in the Hotel Puente Romano for the press , sponsors and officials before the gala dinner. The director of Hansa Realty, Detlef Vormschlag attended this important event where he could taste traditional dishes from last season of the restaurant Celler Can Roca with other creative plates from the Chef Garcia .

A luxurious experience for the senses and one more example that Marbella is venue for the best events in the world.
